Plant Maintenance Manager

Job descriptionWe are looking for a Plant Maintenance Engineer to supervise and train maintenance staff for a Triad manufacturer.
The company is very stable and has been in operation for more than a century.
It sells products nationally and globally, and it works with both original equipment manufacturers and distributors.

The successful candidate will oversee maintenance of all facilities and equipment, review safety compliance and Interface with manufacturing personnel and manufacturing engineering on equipment and systems.
Responsibilities? Review and assign work from Maintenance Work Order System, Preventive Maintenance System and Shop Floor Requests.
? Seek, engage, and review outside suppliers/vendors for required maintenance parts, tools, supplies and equipment.
? Place requisitions for required maintenance materials.
? Diagnose equipment problems and assign or participate in problem resolution.
? OSHA and insurance safety requirements administration, e.
g.
, Lockout/Tagout.
? Ensure new employees are properly trained for safety, housekeeping, and conformance with procedures.
? Other special projects as assigned by supervisor.
? Oversee maintenance of all facilities and equipment, including:
Plant Production Machinery and Apparatus, HVAC, Boilers, Air Compressors, Electric Distribution System, and Sprinkler Systems, Security Systems, Grounds Maintenance and Roof.
Requirements:
? Engineering Degree or equivalent Plant Maintenance experience is essential.
? Ten years of experience in maintenance in Manufacturing plant with some portion insupervisory role Experience in diagnosing Equipment.
? Knowledge and experience with:
? CNC Lathes & Mills? FANUC Controls Recommended Skills Administration Compressed Air Housekeeping Maintenance Manufacturing Preventive Maintenance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
