Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Companies, Inc.
As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in actively managing the cleaning team, ensuring that the buses roll off the yard clean and presentable for the next customer experience.
Your leadership and management skills will contribute to maintaining a high level of employee performance, meeting customer expectations, optimizing efficiency, and enhancing the overall quality of our services.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning Supervision:
Effectively manage and develop employee performance on the cleaning team to maximize productivity and morale.
Utilize available resources, including personnel, to optimize productivity and achieve expected results.
Provide timely training and development opportunities to strengthen employee performance.
Conduct ongoing evaluations, recognition, rewards, and disciplinary actions to ensure desired outcomes.
Communicate clearly with the cleaning staff to ensure their understanding of company expectations and their role in achieving successful charters.
Manage the cleaning team effectively and enforce company policies consistently to maximize productivity and morale.
Optimize employee performance through recognition, rewards, and corrective actions in coordination with the Shop Manager.
Evaluate staffing needs to maintain an adequate number of cleaning team members.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years supervision experience is required.
Excellent communication skills in written, typed, and spoken forms.
Strong desire to help others and deliver quality services.
Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Detail-oriented with the ability to inspect work and coach the team for high-quality output.
